The fastest way is in the PayCentral mobile app. The cardholder portal at getmybalance.co.za and PayCentral Support are full fallbacks.
- 1Open the PayCentral mobile app and sign in.
- 2Tap your card, then choose Manage card → Reset PIN.
- 3Verify with the OTP sent to your registered cellphone.
- 4Enter and confirm a new 4-digit PIN. The PIN is active immediately at POS and ATM.
- 5If you do not have the app, sign in to getmybalance.co.za and use Card services → Reset PIN, or call PayCentral Support on +27 10 012 6676.
